Ninjitsu Martial Arts Style
Ninjutsu is an ancient Japanese martial art which roughly translates to “art of stealth” and traces back about 1000 years ago to feudal Japan although the history of Ninjitsu is very ambiguous. Ninjutsu is an art that was developed by mercenaries and was used by assassins that were highly skilled in combat and stealth. Although the Ninja are stereotyped as purely assassins, there were also peaceful Ninja that did not kill.
As a Ninja (Ninjutsu student) you will learn to develop spiritually, mentally and physically. A broad range of techniques are taught including punching, kicking, ground fighting, locks, holds, throws and weaponry, even modern weaponry and weapon defense.
Like a number of other martial arts - Ninjistu clubs do not practice Ninjitsu as a competitive sport, for good reason, most of the techniques used in Ninjutsu are simply too dangerous. Ninjutsu is a martial art that will help you to develop self control, confidence, fitness and grow spiritually and is very popular worldwide.
